1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aion Peptides website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and purchase products from Aion Peptides. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by Aion Peptides are intended for research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to use them solely for lawful research purposes.

4. Service Area

Aion Peptides currently provides delivery services exclusively within the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and select surrounding areas in Nevada. We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time. Customers outside our service area may join our waitlist to be notified when we expand.

5. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must create an account and verify that your delivery address is within our service area. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We currently accept cash on delivery and cash at pickup. Electronic payment methods may be added in the future. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for next business day delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available to verified addresses within our service area. You may be required to confirm your availability when a delivery window (ETA) is set for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery after confirming, a reattempt fee of $10.00 may be applied to your next order. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

8. Refunds and Returns

We offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aion Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
