Delivery Policy

Service Area

Aion Peptides provides local delivery within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Our service is divided into two zones:

  • Core Zone — Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin. Free local delivery.
  • Extended Zone — Surrounding areas including Pahrump, Mesquite, and other Nevada communities within our zip code range. A courier fee applies.

Local pickup from our Las Vegas location is available at no charge for all zones.

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for next business day delivery
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered the following business day
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only (no weekends or holidays)

Delivery Window and ETA

Our delivery team will assign a delivery window (ETA) to your order, typically a 1-hour window. You will be notified of your delivery window via email and/or SMS (based on your notification preferences).

For your convenience, you can confirm your availability through your account. A confirmation link is included in the ETA notification.

Alternate Delivery Addresses

You may specify a different delivery address at checkout (e.g., workplace, friend's house). The address must be within our service area. For alternate addresses, you must confirm your availability before delivery will be attempted.

Customer Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window, especially for cash-on-delivery orders where payment must be collected.

Missed Deliveries (No-Show Policy)

If our courier arrives and no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • First occurrence: A warning is issued. Your order will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Subsequent occurrences: A $10.00 reattempt fee will be applied to your next order to cover courier and fuel costs.

We understand things come up — if you need to reschedule, please contact us before the delivery window.

Payment at Delivery

Cash payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. For pickup orders, payment is collected at our Las Vegas location.

Product Handling

All products are delivered in temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain integrity. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours per our Refund Policy.
