Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or compromised during delivery
  • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity
  • The product does not meet our stated purity standards (99%+)

Reporting an Issue

You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

What We Offer

For valid claims, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement: A new product delivered at no additional cost
  • Refund: A full refund of the purchase price for the affected item(s)

Refunds for cash payments will be issued in cash at the time of the replacement delivery or at our pickup location.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of research peptides and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that were not stored according to our recommended storage guidelines
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Orders where the customer changed their mind after delivery

Delivery Reattempt Fees

A $10.00 reattempt fee may be applied if a delivery is attempted and you are not available after confirming your delivery window. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to your next order. First-time no-shows receive a warning with no fee. See our Delivery Policy for details.
